Specialized concentrations are optional for the Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development degree.  A specialized concentration is considered to be the subject matter that is defined by the one of the Academic Certificates in the following certificate programs:

The courses that makeup one of these Academic Certificates will replace a subset of the required supplementary courses for the Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development degree.  Only the course work from one Academic Certificate may be applied toward the 36 credit hours required for the completion of this Master of Science degree.

If none of the above academic certificates is used as a specialized concentration, the curriculum for the MS in Leadership and Organizational Development degree fulfills the requirements for the Academic Certificate in Transformational Leadership.
