Latham is an Industrial/Organizational psychologist specializing in Human Resources management.  Dr. Latham works in all areas of human capital, but is known primarily for his work in organizational and leadership development.  As founder of PathPoint, he has helped businesses improve organizational capability and performance through effective people practices.  He has worked as a corporate consultant to a number of Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to founding PathPoint Consulting, Dr. Latham held leadership roles in Human Resources and Management and Organizational Development at PepsiCo (Pepsi-Cola and Pizza Hut).  Most recently he was the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Iron Mountain, Inc.  Prior to his business career, Dr. Latham was an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at Creighton University.

In addition to leading PathPoint, Dr. Latham serves as an executive coach in the Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Programs and is on the Executive Education faculty at the University of Texas of Dallas. He also angel invests in HR technology start-ups. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University.

Robert Hicks is clinical professor of organizational behavior at The University of Texas at Dallas and founding director of the Organizational Behavior, Coaching and Consulting (OBCC) program in the Naveen Jindal School of Management (JSOM). He also holds an appointment as clinical professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.

Dr. Hicks is a licensed psychologist who specializes in industrial and organizational psychology. He has more than two decades of experience as a consulting psychologist and executive coach to many Fortune 500 companies. He is a recognized expert in leadership development, organizational change, team development, selection and assessment, and the coaching and development of professionals.

Dr. Hicks is also the director of the Master of Science in Management Science (MS MAS) degree program that offers a concentration in healthcare leadership and management. This program is offered in partnership with UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas for UT Southwestern administrative and clinical faculty leaders. Dr. Hicks regularly contributes articles to physician executive publications.

In 2005, he established the Executive and Professional Coaching program in the Executive Education Department of the Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. It accomplishes several objectives: 1) provides a certificate program with academic credit for individuals who wish to coach people in business settings either as an external coach, an internal coach, or as a coach leader; 2) provides and manages executive coaches for the benefit of the students enrolled in the UTD Executive MBA program; and 3) offers a Master of Science Degree in Leadership and Organizational Development with a concentration in Coaching (MS LODc).
