When can I start the program?

The Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development (MS LOD) accepts new students every fall (August), spring (January), and summer semester (June). The curriculum has been designed so that each course covers the topics without requiring prerequisites.

Are all classes held online?

All aspects of the program utilize the University’s state-of-the-art resources for distance learning. Students gather synchronously in our interactive virtual classroom. All materials, assignments, and tests are housed in the course management platform, eLearning.

Is the GRE or GMAT required for admission to the MS LOD?

As an Executive Education program, your professional work experience substitutes for the GRE and GMAT. A resume outlining your professional experience and letters of recommendation are required for admission consideration to the Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development.

How do I pay for programs in Organizational Behavior, Coaching, and Consulting?
