Admission Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (non-healthcare related OK).
  • At least five years of satisfactory work experience (non-healthcare related OK).
    • For consideration of exceptions, contact the program director.
  • Resume of your career experience.
  • One-page personal statement which explains the following:
    • a. What are your long and short-term professional objectives?
    • b. How have your past experiences contributed to the definition of those objectives?
    • c. What is your reason for pursuing the program?
  • Three letters of recommendation on forms supplied by the Organizational Behavior, Coaching and Consulting Program.
  • Official transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended.
    • International applicants have additional requirements that are available upon request.

Application Deadlines

  • Spring 2025: December 16, 2024
  • Summer 2025: April 6, 2025
  • Fall 2025: July 15, 2025
  • Please contact the program manager to request an application deadline extension.

Applications are reviewed as soon as the following documents are received:

  • Program Application
  • Resume
  • Personal Statement

Once approved, admission is finalized upon submission of all required documents. Candidates will be notified promptly after the admission decision is made. To ensure timely processing, early submission of all application materials is highly recommended.

A nonrefundable $250 application fee payable online by credit card or check made out to The University of Texas at Dallas and mailed to:
